Creative Strategist, Gaming - Creative Shop

future of Gaming marketing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to
join the Creative Shop team as a Creative Strategist working in
partnership with our dynamic and progressive Gaming team. Creative
Strategists embrace the opportunity to use our variety of creative
canvases and technologies to engage communities of people with richly
crafted storytelling and experiences.

As a Creative Strategist on Gaming you?ll leverage your strategic
and creative thinking to bring ideas to life across the entire family
of Facebook apps and services (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Whats

App, Oculus, etc.).This role will require a natural collaborator -
someone who can work with our clients? internal creative teams,
agencies, as well as our internal Sales, Measurement, Product and
Partnerships teams, to ship great work that not only has business
impact for our clients, but can inspire thousands of businesses around
the world. We are seeking someone who understands how creativity can
impact campaign performance, who can use data to shape creativity and
is excited about how technology can unlock effective creative ideas.

Our Creative Shop team is focused on representing and amplifying
diverse perspectives so we welcome you, your personal experience and
different perspectives.

This is a full time position based out of London or Dublin.

Develop and deliver creative solutions that address the unique
opportunities and challenges faced by Gaming companies, positively
impacting the way these companies market on Facebook, Instagram and
our emerging platforms.

Build strong partnerships and drive consensus amongst diverse sales
teams, clients, agencies and cross-functional partners to champion
bolder and more impactful creative work that inspires our clients and
grows their businesses.

Partner with additional teams across Creative Shop to build scalable
solutions and systematic frameworks, validate new hypotheses that
drive growth, and scale the findings across the globe.

Work hands-on and proactively to bring both ideas and programmatic
creative solutions to life. This is a position for creators who are
not afraid to roll their sleeves up.

Be a thought leader on how the worlds of Gaming and creativity are
merging to provide new marketing opportunities for brands and inspire
industry audiences.

Possess a strong passion for understanding people and deep desire to
uncover new consumer behavior across various industries and platforms.

Partner with Product teams to learn, and drive adoption of, new
product solutions.

Approx. 8+ years? relevant creative and/or strategic experience in a
creative agency, gaming company, in-house creative team, startup, or
content creator

Demonstrable knowledge of, or experience in, the gaming ecosystem,
especially the mobile gaming landscape

Proven understanding of performance marketing and experience in
developing effective, insight-driven, direct response creative for
mobile app oriented clients across platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram, Snapchat and Tiktok

Demonstrable experience working with, and translating, data into
meaningful insights that inform creative decisions, and speaking the
language of savvy performance marketers

Proven ability to mock up/prototype ideas, as well as judge creative
work, strategically, conceptually and executionally

Demonstrable experience with Keynote, Powerpoint and Photoshop

An understanding of the unique dynamics of performance creative across
the Facebook platforms and products
